The conversation is only a few minutes old and I’m reluctant to get into much detail, suffice to say that my GT Timberline is being replaced.

Thank you John at GT for understanding that I’m a biker, I take good care of my equipment and in return I expect it to perform the tasks for which it was purchased.

Thanks to Jason at the dealership, for nothing really. I didn’t see eye to eye with you man but it’s OK.
